Hi, I’m Amy Scialdone the Founder of The Empowerment Key, LLC. I’m a Management & Leadership Development Certified Professional Coach, Trainer and Thought Partner. I’m passionate about developing and empowering executives, emerging leaders and high performing talent as they navigate new experiences and challenges at key career stages.

Leadership development is an evolving process. Working with individuals and teams, I help clients enhance their Executive Presence,  develop their Voice and Leadership Versatility. I bring over 20+ years of hands-on experience from the media industry developing, training and coaching talent at all levels from high potentials and first time managers to senior management moving into executive roles. As the Head of Human Resources and Executive Committee Member for the New York Post/ NYPost.com, I led and formalized the HR department as a strong Business Partner, Coach and trusted adviser to executive leadership, managers and employees across editorial, sales, marketing, digital, creative, finance and production.  With my cross functional business experience from Training & Development to Sales Management, I adapted and delivered Management Essentials and Sales Training programs for over 10 years to further develop employees as well as introduced new processes and programs to help the organization thrive.
